Sorry all, but I had to let it out somehow.

New list of dislikes about Pokemon.
Dislike the character design for all the female avatars in Pokemon except for D/P/P.
Black and White female is ok but! Seriously inappropriate fan-service re her bum in those TINY shorts every single time you throw a pokeball. Not cool, Nintendo/Game Freak. I thought you dumbed B/W down for kids but then you do borderline stuff like that.
Also, how come the only time a player's character has both parents is in R/S/E? Where is my character's father? Almost always have an absent dad. Never makes sense.
One more thing: in R/S/E the male character has white hair, but his dad has black hair and his mum has brown hair. HUH??? How hard is it to give his dad white hair too? I guess they thought he'd look too old. THEN DON'T GIVE YOUR MAIN CHARACTER WHITE HAIR FOR NO REASON.
But!
I like how at least in B/W you meet a trainer and they resemble their chibi avatar.
Nothing more annoying that in say, Emerald, meeting a Hiker who was actually a Ruin Maniac or a Bird Keeper (they look like Lt. Surge btw) who is actually a Kindler. The avatars often look NOTHING like the Trainer.
Last beef and this one is SERIOUS.
Why does the Anime (at least the English Dub) muck up so MUCH?
From YouTube, I noticed that others have noticed. Amusing stuff, all you ppl out there!
But they didn't mention in detail one big thing that bugs me the most.
Why do so many battles in the anime not make any sense at all in game rules and on top of that, seem incredibly unfair? They even do it in Pokemon B/W anime.
Battles where someone has an excellent advantage, fights well, and then suddenly loses for no apparent reason. They do it all the time and it seems pointless. They muck up type matching all the time too. WHY? I thought they'd catch on at some point and stop doing it but they haven't! Every new season they keep doing it!
And they don't make Ash and co follow the game storylines enough!
Some episodes are actually a waste of ink. I mean I watched hopefully then thought, 'I wasted about 20 minutes of my life.' But they wasted a week of production. How many hours did they work on all the crap episodes? I am so sorry for the animators.
If they were stuck for stories, they could go with stuff from the game, but they don't!
As for my other beef which is closely related to this one above, I can only think of one reason why they make Ash such a dreadfully incompetent trainer. It must be to boost the egos of the game players. I mean really, even if you suck at trainer battling you could catch more Pokemon than Ash did. And if you can't be bothered catching many Pokemon, you could do well at battling, much better than Ash. Esp in B/W as you may know my opinion of the game structure is that they baby the player (that is, you and me) a little. You can find it very difficult to lose in B/W. It only starts to become a little harder in Opelucid, and frankly, it's not that challenging. They made it much more fun than say, Diamond. Pet peeve: Diamond was difficult for me for some reason, but yes I have clocked it.
Have now clocked Black, Diamond, SoulSilver, and am about to clock White.
Also clocked Mystery of Sky, and am planning to clock LeafGreen and Emerald soon.
Um so btw I will admit I named my rival Dork, in LeafGreen. I have always hated Gary Oak. Even now he's older etc, he sucks. Btw what is up with him, he is FAR Superior to Ash in the anime in terms of skill etc, and yet he ends up in some lame job and never became a real Pokemon Master. Disappointing, Gary.
Disappointing.
:D
Let's see, to make things happier let's do a favourites rating. My fave Pokemon Professor is actually Professor Juniper but only because you get to see her more in B/W than you do the others in the other games. In terms of personality, I like Professor Elm.
In terms of awesome, I always loved Professor Oak's design. Even in the anime he is charming. Some dislike him and call him an idiot, but I think he's cute.
I have a soft sport for older people, especially in anime. Older people should have more positive roles in anime. Often they are villains or victims. They never get to be much more.

Oh btw let's address this right now.
N.
What the HELL, people?
Why did everyone screw around with N? He is not a fuzzyheaded fanboy to be used in stupid fanfics and fanart as a buttmonkey.
Did you not ever actually hear what he SAID???
He actually scares me a bit in-game because he's almost like an android, so logical and so obsessed with order. He is quite charming with his comments when he is confused at certain points but he is RUTHLESS and singleminded on the whole! How could you completely turn his personality around? Just to ship him with other characters. You should all be ashamed.
Let me give you a quote. This is the conversation you have with him at Nimbasa City where I first felt he was more dangerous than he seemed. And yes, even if you agree with his vision, he will fight you. He is no fool, he seems to know if your character is lying to get out of a fight.

"You're looking for Team Plasma, right? They ran into the amusement park. Come with me."
"They're not here. Let's ride the Ferris wheel and see if we can spot them. I love Ferris wheels… The circular motion… The mechanics… They're like collections of elegant formulas."
"First, I must tell you... I am the king of Team Plasma. Ghetsis asked me to work with him to save Pokémon. I wonder how many Pokémon exist in this world."
"There's no problem. You're part of the people we brought in to help us save the Pokémon. So, you're under my protection, as well. Go, quickly, and let my battle cover your retreat. ...Now then, , do you follow my logic?"
Yes: "If true, your words please me."
No: "So that's how it is... That's unfortunate."
"Ah. Then... The future I envision... Perhaps I can't beat you here and now, but I'll battle you to buy time for these members of Team Plasma to get away!"

"Chargestone Cave... I like this place. Formulas express electricity and its connection to Pokémon... If people did not exist, this would be an ideal place."
That is another weird quote from him. He really is not at all the squishy little boy everyone seems to make him out to be.
